LIVINGSTON FEATURE - THE CARLISLE II

We recently teamed up with Brookfield Residential to design four very unique and outstanding show homes. Each has a distinctive style and feel, showcasing our wide range that we offer and represent at Rochelle Cote Interior Design.

As soon as you walk into the Carlisle, you know it is going to be good. With edgy accents and rustic charm, this home has a modern farmhouse look and feel.

From the formal entry and flex room, to the open living and dining area, this home is the perfect mix of entertainment and private spaces. The Carlisle is our first ever Google home. With Google technology, you can control audio, alarms, lights, temperature and ask questions through the voice-activated device. How cool is that?

One of our favourite features of the Carlisle is the kitchen. We absolutely love the floating shelves and edgy oil-rubbed bronze hardware that makes this house ‘pop’. The mix of farmhouse and modern creates an atmosphere that is cozy and comfortable. Rustic accessories and the faux stonewall are key features for this modern farmhouse retreat!
