Located in South West Calgary and built in collaboration with Strong Residential, this refined transitional sanctuary was thoughtfully designed to balance the effortless sophistication of hosting with the quiet ease of daily living. A soft neutral palette is layered with natural materials, subtle textures, and considered details, establishing an interior that feels elevated yet deeply welcoming. By focusing investment where it matters most, strategic upgrades to the kitchen and primary ensuite transformed the home into a tailored retreat.

The open-concept kitchen was revitalized to create a light, airy, and highly functional heart of the home. The perimeter cabinetry and pantry door were painted in a crisp finish, beautifully complementing the clients’ existing white and champagne bronze Café appliances. A newly expanded central island anchors the room, offering generous storage, refined profile detailing, and ample space for casual gathering. The space is completed with marble-look countertops, an upgraded undermount sink, and a matching champagne bronze faucet by Delta, ensuring a seamless flow between culinary prep and entertaining.

Restful Ensuite and Intentional Living

The primary ensuite serves as a private oasis of rest, showcasing a custom double vanity framed by brass-accented mirrors and sleek tube sconces, paired with a freestanding soaking tub. Across the residence, light hardwood flooring and cohesive millwork establish a serene foundation. From the uncluttered entryway that offers a calming transition upon arrival to the harmonious private zones, every square foot reflects intentional design crafted around the clients' everyday lifestyle.
