WBH ELBOW RIVER RESIDENCE

Staying Rooted

For this lovely Springbank client, the goal was never to leave their cherished acreage—it was to create a home that could grow with them on it. Rather than relocating, they made the bold decision to literally “blow the roof off” their existing home and reimagine it from the inside out.

A Bold Transformation

The extensive renovation introduced a new kitchen, living room, powder room, garage, and a private suite above the garage. Each new space was designed to enhance everyday living while respecting the character and comfort of the original property.

A Clear Welcome

The redesigned front entry now makes a confident first impression. A warm wood accent wall and striking new front door create a true focal point, ensuring there is no question about where guests are welcomed into the home.

The Green Kitchen

At the heart of the home is the kitchen—a beautiful green space that brings personality, depth, and warmth to the main floor. Paired with warm brass tones, the palette feels fresh, current, and uniquely suited to the clients’ style.

Designed for the Future

The WBH Springbank Residence is a celebration of staying put with intention. By transforming the home they loved, the clients gained the space, function, and beauty they needed—without giving up the acreage they call home.
