MAHOGANY PATIO

A Return Client, A New Vision

RCID was delighted to work with this wonderful client for the second time, helping them complete another chapter of their home. With a backyard that backs directly onto Mahogany Lake, the vision was clear: create an outdoor living space that fully embraced the exceptional location and made the most of every season.

Outdoor Living, Elevated

The new covered back deck was designed as a true extension of the home. A built-in BBQ area supports effortless entertaining, while the dedicated dining and lounge seating areas offer flexible space for family dinners, lake views, and relaxed evenings outdoors.

Made for Gathering

A firepit anchors the seating area, creating a warm and inviting place to gather long after the sun sets. A drop-down television adds a modern touch, allowing the space to transition seamlessly from casual afternoons to movie nights under the covered deck.

Curated with Intention

Furniture was thoughtfully selected to balance comfort, durability, and style. Several pieces were sourced through Mountain House Furniture, while additional items were curated through RCID’s trusted wholesalers—creating a layered, cohesive look tailored specifically to the home and its lakeside setting.

An Outstanding Finish

The final result is an outstanding outdoor retreat: polished, functional, and perfectly positioned to celebrate life on Mahogany Lake. It is a space designed not only to look beautiful, but to be lived in, enjoyed, and remembered.
