HERITAGE POINTE RESIDENCE

A Dream Team Collaboration

RCID was honoured to work alongside an exceptional client and RARE Built on the Heritage Pointe Residence. From start to finish, this was a true dream team—built on shared vision, open communication, and a mutual commitment to quality.

Building on a Strong Foundation

Working from some of RARE Bulit’s original specifications, RCID enhanced the selections to create a more polished, layered, and personalized finish throughout the home. The result is a refined interior that feels intentional, current, and beautifully tailored to the way this family lives.

Thoughtful Design Details

Beautiful green accents are woven throughout the home, adding depth, character, and a fresh sense of personality. In the powder room, wallpaper creates a striking and memorable moment, while continuous rift-cut white oak brings warmth, continuity, and quiet craftsmanship to the interior.

A Spa-Like Primary Retreat

The primary suite was designed as a true retreat. Together with the client and builder, RCID created a unique, spa-like ensuite where carefully curated finishes transform daily routines into moments of relaxation.

A Personal, Collected Home

Every finish was selected with intention. The furnishing plan thoughtfully combined cherished existing pieces with new additions, creating a fresh, reworked look that feels collected, comfortable, and entirely personal.

We are so proud of how the Heritage Pointe Residence turned out—a polished, warm, and enduring home made even more special by the people behind it.
